My experience of the emotional healing part

For as long as I can remember tearing up just at the thought of something sad and the loss of someone dear, was the easiest thing for me and instant. Being sad and feeling heavy in my heart felt common and familiar… But now after the energetic healing session with Silvia, I can think of the loved ones I have lost with a smile and without tearing up and feeling heavy in my heart….
